LEED Administrator services during the design and construction phases of Student Housing West - Phase 2 Heller Development The project will include replacing the existing family student housing and childcare/early education services complex near the West Campus entrance with a new housing development of approximately 2,400 new apartment and community-living-style beds for continuing upper division undergraduate students. The scope includes site clearance, new development such as parking, roads, pathways, exterior utilities and infrastructure on an approximately 13-acre site in addition to the new building construction.
