Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000253478 Project Description: The parking lot services multiple stalls for RCMP and the public. The Lot is adjacent to the building. We will require all new parking stalls that should have new cast-in-place concrete paved and new traffic /stall /handicap identification lines. The current roadway /lot is comprised of an asphalt paved surface and the new project should be in accordance to standards to last and provide long life. This scope will include all lots based on Drawings and onsite investigation. This project also involves the repair of various issues with the landscaping components of this facility. Some of the items to be included in this project include: replacing all dead trees and shrubs including planters, replacing the damaged edging around tree and shrub areas, leveling the courtyard paving stones, painting railing and fencing where required.
