The City of Wood Dale ("City") has received federal funds through the Surface Transportation Program (STP) to complete the resurfacing of Central Avenue from Foster Avenue to South Thorndale Avenue within the City of Wood Dale which may be used to fund engineering and design related consultant services. Our written policies and procedures as described herein for Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) will meet the requirements of 23 CFR 172 and the Brooks Act. The City will use the following five items when developing the project description and may include additional items when unique circumstances exist: o Describe in general terms the need, purpose, and objective of the project; o Identify the various project components; o Establish the desired timetable for the effort; o Identify any expected problems; o Determine the total project budget.
