RFQ Contractor - Staff Housing Construction/Fabrication Services The District is planning to build employee housing units on CCSD property. We are seeking contractors/fabricators to design and construct two (2) 1 bdrm/ 1 bath approximately 600 sq ft units and one (1) 2 bdrm/ 2 bath approximately 850 sq ft unit. Project Location: 485 N.
