Renovation of a stadium in Olds, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Upgrades to the facility including mechanical and electrical upgrades, roof replacement, dressing room renovations, further mechanical upgrades, and ice slab replacement near the end of this 10-year cycle. TIMELINE: A condition assessment and feasibility study was completed in 2024. Results suggested a total of $15.7 million upgrades are required in the long term (2027-2035) and critical short-term upgrades were estimated to cost about $5.9 million. Individual projects may be published separately once they have been approved to bid for design or construction. Further update late summer 2027.
