Tenant improvement upgrades to meet the needs outlined in the Clinical Service Plan and Functional Program. TIMELINE: A request for proposal to provide prime/architectural consultant services for the project had closed in 2023. As of March 4, 2026, a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The project scope is to complete the schematic design, detailed design, construction, tender, permitting and close out phases for the tenant improvement upgrades to meet the needs outlined in the Clinical Service Plan and Functional Program. Further update in summer 2026.
