PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project involves infrastructure improvements such as renovating existing basement space and excavating additional basement to provide more space for supply processing and decontamination near the operating room. Construction of elevators or dumb waters to provide transportation of clean and dirty instruments and supplies to and from the operating room. Additionally, the project will also construct the support offices and support areas for the. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items.
