Site work for a water / sewer project in Hysham, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization. 000112-23-10 AC-22-0187 Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to HYSHAM IRRIGATION DISTRICT for 10% of the total bid amount. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond required for 100% of the contract amount. Laborers and mechanics must be paid wages as required by Montana Prevailing Wage Rates. The right is reserved to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Hysham Irrigation District. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from Montana DNRC - Renewable Resources Grant Program and ARPA. Award of the project will be contingent upon receiving funding and award concurrence from Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. A bid may not be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the Bids specified above unless it meets requirements and procedures outlined in Article 16.02 of the Instructions to Bidders.
