The Easton Select Board (herein, the "Board") requests proposals from qualified respondents to purchase an approximately 3.44-acre parcel of Town-owned land at 360 Washington Street, known as Moreau Hall Elementary School, Assessors Map 23U Lot 3/A (the Property.) Ames Elementary School for all pK-2 students in Easton. The Board acknowledges that the property is not subject to a historic district restriction for permanent preservation of the exterior structure, however its preservation is preferred.
