Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
he work to be carried out under this contract shall include all labour, equipment and materials required to install Pedestrian Crossovers as per the Ontario Traffic Manual Book 15 - Pedestrian Crossing Treatments. The crossovers shall be equipped with a programmable 'Polara' AODA audible pedestrian warning that shall indicate to pedestrians that the "Lights are flashing, proceed with caution". A clean, safe work environment shall be maintained by the Contractor at all times. Project limits are shown in the contract drawings. There are three (3) locations in this contract including Downie Street at Bruce Street, Romeo Street at McCarthy Road, and Lorne Avenue at St. Vincent Street (Provisional). Pre-crossover construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs, ramps and tactile plates shall be completed prior to the successful proponent starting construction of a crossover.
