Tenders are invited for the proposed Electrical Upgrades at three (3) District of West Vancouver water distribution pump stations: Vinson Creek pump station, 1559 Vinson Creek Road; Burnside Pump Station, 1374 Burnside Road and; Cross Creek Pump Station, 955 Cross Creek Road. All Sites: Supply and installation of metering kiosk, kiosk pad, and 1 meter stub-off - Note: BCH is responsible for all civil works up to the 1 meter kiosk stub-off Supply and installation of new equipment and wiring as shown on RFP drawings Relocation, reuse, and wiring of existing equipment where applicable Pre-commissioning of new and existing equipment via portable generator is required in advance of the voltage cutover Voltage conversion cutover commissioning Decommissioning and disposal of all existing DWV equipment that is no longer in use following the voltage conversion Burnside Pump Station - 1374 Burnside Road Existing Voltage - 480V New Voltage - 600V Backup Generator and fuel to be supplied by DWV Pump station downtime - maximum 12 hours Cross Creek Pump Station - 955 Cross Creek Road Existing Voltage - 480V New Voltage - 600V Backup Generator and fuel to be supplied by Contractor Pump station downtime - maximum 12 hours (seasonal; downtime may be longer depending on water supply and demand) Vinson Creek Pump Station - 1559 Vinson Creek Road No change in station voltage - 600V Backup Generator and fuel to be supplied by DWV Pump station downtime - maximum 12 hours
