The City is soliciting Bids for the removal and replacement on City owned retaining walls at the following locations: - Aldergrove Park, 106 Aldergrove Drive and - Armadale Park, 2401 Denison Street. Aldergrove Park: - Remove and dispose offsite at approved facility existing retaining wall. - Replace with new pressure treat lumber. 6x6 pressure treat lumber, fasteners to be 12 inch galvanized framing spikes. Retaining wall to remain same size and design as original. Armadale Park: - Remove and dispose offsite at approved facility existing retaining wall. - Replace with new pressure treat lumber. 6x6 pressure treat lumber, fasteners to be 12 inch galvanized framing spikes. - Retaining wall to remain same size and design as original. It is the Contractor's responsibility to obtain any necessary utility locates, if required.
