Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City is soliciting Bids for services from Contractors to supply all materials and equipment for the replacement of two (2) heat pumps at the Flato Markham Theatre and provide labour and services to complete all relevant demolition, electrical, mechanical, and BAS scope of work as defined in this document and attached mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications. The purpose of this project is to replace two (2) existing 1.5 Horsepower circulation pumps with 2 new pumps complete with VFDs and connect to the existing BAS. The City completed the detailed design and specifications with Efficiency Engineering to produce the Mechanical, Electrical, and BAS drawings and specifications for the Contractors and ensure compliance with the basis of design, equipment selection, apply for all pertinent permits, and comply with all relevant code and manufacturer recommendations.
