The scope of work includes engineering design, replacement and upgrade of existing Siemens MXL panels in four (4) separate buildings (phase 2), and Simplex 4002 and 4020 panels in seven (7) separate buildings (phase 3). The contractor shall provide a dedicated fire watch service during each buildings fire alarm panel replacement. Each building system will be 100% witness tested in the presence of the State Fire Marshal.
