Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

As of February 13, 2024, per owner, this action has been cancelled. The National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) and Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) are conducting a market survey to identify prospective sources capable of a design/build project specific to an interior space for the following components listed within the market survey attachment to maximize utilization of an interior space equal to ~700 sq. ft. Interested offerors are asked to complete the attached questionnaire and provide answers back electronically to Ms. Kelsey Greenwell, Contract Specialist, at kelsey.d.greenwell.civ@army.mil.
