Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The MCF2 project includes the design, procurement and installation of architectural signage and artwork. The walls are plain in some areas and INSCOM is requesting the contractor to develop artwork for the walls that describe INSCOM's mission. The Command Historian will work with the contractor's designer to design the artwork needed for the walls and other projects listed on this SOW. The contractor shall provide submittal drawings/shop drawings that includes all key, pertinent information, dimensions, size, color, font, etc. for approval by INSCOM. The contractor shall field verify quantities. The design (artistic features) proposed shall be in conformance with Division 01- General Requirements, and 01 33 16.00 10 Design Data (Design After Award). There will be a 35% and 95% submittal, and the design will be submitted for Government Approval (GA) in coordination with the customer. Technical inquiries and questions relation to this solicitation are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry No Later Than 17 August 2023, 11:00 AM EDT The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
