Tualatin Valley Water District (District) wishes to purchase Pipe and Gaskets 2023 (Goods). Interested vendors must submit bids. This project is not a public works project and is not subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements or Federal Davis-Bacon Act requirements. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so. District reserves the right to waive informalities and to award a Contract to the qualified lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
