Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

Claystone intends to complete the construction of a new Transfer Station in Edmonton, AB. The scope of work includes earth works, landscaping, electrical work, underground utilities, shallow utilities, surface works, site structures include installation of a prefabricated building, and construction of a receiving building; details are included in Section 1.0 Summary of Work. The project delivery method will be design-bid-build and construction is anticipated to start September 2023 and complete in May 2024; details are included in Section 2.0 Project Timeline. Claystone will be shortlisting five qualified contractors who demonstrated the appropriate experience with similar work and can suitably demonstrate their abilities to complete this project to submit a bid for Claystone consideration.
