GENERAL SCOPE: The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to make general repairs, caulk, replace rotted liner trim and panels and paint the structure Pearce Hall Annex building. Specific Project Specifications for Bidders Note: Should a conflict between the Specific Project Specifications for Bidders and the District's General Conditions occur, the District's General Conditions prevail. Bidder Requirements Contractor Qualification: 1. All bidding contractors shall be registered with the District's on-line vendor/contractor Registry. 2. The Commercial Painting Contractor shall be a licensed painter license to perform work in the city of Wentzville. Be trained in the identification and proper handling of lead paint. GENERAL SCOPE: 1. The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to paint and restore the weathering characteristics of the building Pearce Hall Annex Building, located at 317 West Pearce Blvd Wentzville MO. 63385 and address other minor carpentry repair work. SUMMARY of the Work: 1. Repair and replace identified wood molding, reattach and re-secure loose wood siding. 2. Remove loose caulking, apply new sealant and fill existing weathered, split siding with filler, prepare for painting. Contract Time: 1. The district anticipates awarding this work at the August 24, 2023 Board of Education Meeting but no later than the September 21st 2023 Meeting with work commencing no later than Monday October 2 and completing no later than Friday November 3, 2023.
