Renovation of a conference / convention center in Paducah, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Per Addendum 1 - Bid Date Extended The advertisement for bid lists the prebid meeting as Monday. August 15th. Per PFGW Architects, the actual date is Monday, August 14th PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Roofing replacement shall include the overlay of existing EPDM roofing with TPO membrane at the Carroll Convention Center and complete system replacement at the Expo Center. The work will be bid as a Base Bid for each building and consolidated pricing for both buildings. It is the Owner's intention to review the submitted proposals during the August 28, 2023, Fiscal Court Meeting. Deposit and shipping checks shall be mailed to Paducah Blueprint and Supply Co., 999 Broadway, Paducah, Kentucky 42001, phone (270) 444-6171. Documents will be available on or after Monday, August 7, 2023. Partial plan sets and specifications will not be available. Plans may be viewed online and questions regarding viewing may be directed to Paducah Blueprint.
