Renovation of a library in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The City of Fitchburg will receive bids for Fitchburg Library Chiller Project Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of installation of new cooling equipment, pumps, piping and associated structural, mechanical, electrical, temperature control, and other miscellaneous work associated with the cooling equipment. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the Fitchburg Treasurer, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file Contract and Bond within 15 days of award. Performance and Payment Bonds each 100% of the bid, with executed Contract is required of successful bidder.
