The objective of this Request for Proposal is for the University of Maryland, College Park to select a contractor to provide an accessible 8-ft wide sidewalk from Stadium Drive through Lot R3 as well as an additional accessible 8-ft wide sidewalk along the south side of Stadium Drive from Lot R3 heading east to an existing walkway running adjacent to Regents Drive Garage. The work will be split into two timeframes: Phase 1 shall start December 20, 2023 and end January 23, 2024, Phase 2 shall start May 23, 2024 and end August 16, 2024 and shall be certified substantially complete as provided in the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
