Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,100-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the time and location indicated below for all interested bidders to acquaint themselves with the site and to discuss the project with the Architect and the Owner. Attendance is encouraged, but is not mandatory. Any material changes or clarifications to the Bid documents discussed at this conference will only be binding when issued to all Bidders by addenda. Approximate area of building: Dugouts (4 total) 500 sf Toilets + Concessions Building 1100 sf Estimated construction cost range (base bid): $4,500,000.00 Abbreviated written summary: Briefly and without force and effect on Contract Documents, work of Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Complete Renovation of the existing Baseball and Softball fields. a. New black vinyl chain link fencing b. New post and tension backstop netting system c. New structural brick dugouts (4 total at 500 sf each) d. New synthetic turf bullpens e. New synthetic turf batting tunnels f. New ballfield accessories 2. Toilet and Concessions Building (1100 sf) 3.
