This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide General Contractors as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school boards: Conseil scolaire Viamonde 1 Vanier drive, Suite 101 Welland (Ontario) L3B 1A1 This competitive procurement process (Process) seeks to prequalify a maximum of ten (10) highest ranked General Contractors per category/project, capable of completing one or multiple construction projects listed in the table below. Only contractors on the Board's prequalified VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's following construction projects: Project descriptions and locations: 1. Build a new school building - EE Ajax at the intersection of Turnerbury Avenue and Ainley Rd. 2. Build a new school building - EE Hamilton - Ouest, 125 Rifle Range Rd, Hamilton, ON L8S 3B. General Contractors have completed a minimum of three (3) similar projects of a value greater than $10,000,000 within the last five (5) years for a Broader Public Sector organization such as a school board, college, university, hospital, municipality or city to be considered.
