Everest Construction Management Ltd. is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Millwrights and Process Mechanical Contractors for the provision of construction services including supply of labour and materials to complete refurbishments to a number of items within the existing CTU1 (Combined Treatment Unit 1) wastewater processing vessel. CTU1 consists of a separate bioreactor and clarifier. Bioreactor aeration system replacement Replace membrane discs (supplied by Owner) (lump sum) Inspection/condition assessment of PVC aeration piping and floor supports/anchors, and replace as necessary (cash allowance) Testing and commissioning of aeration system WAS pump discharge connection replacement Secondary clarifier mechanism repairs and re-coating as required, based on the condition assessment performed jointly between the Contractor, Engineer and Owner (cash allowance) Alum piping re-routing Bioreactor baffle wall flap gates Optional work: Pipe supports replacement WAS pumps guiderail and guide bar replacement General requirements including but not limited to: All required testing and commissioning of the new equipment. Schedule and coordinate all work with Town Operations. Provide and implement a project-specific health and safety plan. Provide and implement a project-specific quality control plan. Provide all required temporary construction facilities, utilities, and equipment. Be responsible for all waste management and disposal.
