Site work and paving for a road / highway in Okotoks, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of a new private railway crossing over CP Rail tracks between two Town-owned parcels at the Towns operations yard at 1112 North Railway Street. Work consists of design and construction of an at-grade railway crossing, and access improvements on the east side of the railway. The at-grade railway crossing design shall be for approach roads on both sides of the railway up to the boundary of the rail right-of-way. Other works consists of drainage improvements, landscaping, lighting and signage. TIMELINE: Project has been cancelled by the owner. No tender or construction is expected to ensue. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
