The Town of Okotoks (the Town) is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to construct improvements to the lands adjacent to the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway (CPKCR) right-of-way located south of the Okotoks downtown core. The work is categorized into three major areas. The intent is to pave the existing road-side gravel parking area on the south side of Daggett Street (Area 1); install 1.8 m high fencing alongside the north and south perimeter of the CPKCR railway right-of-way (Area 2); and clean the 30 South Railway Street lands west of Lineham Avenue to achieve a visually pleasing, drought resistant and easy to maintain parcel with restricted vehicle access.
