Site Directions: On Wabasha County Road 6 approximately 0.5mile west of Olmsted County Hwy 11. 12'x7' and 14'x9' precast concrete box culvert, approach grading, and aggregate base. The County of Wabasha, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively assure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to participate and/or to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Bids will be opened and read out loud at Bid Closing date and time at the place of bid submission. A contract will be awarded, if any, within 33 days of the bid opening date at a Wabasha County Board meeting at the Wabasha County Board meeting room.
