The City of Wheaton is seeking a Request for Proposal from professional engineering firms for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Lorraine Road Resurfacing Project. This project is funded in part using Local Agency Functional Overlay (LAFO) funds which includes construction engineering. Inquiries and/or questions pertaining to the provisions and specifications of this proposal package shall be directed to the Procurement Officer, in writing at twalters@wheaton.il.us. Questions will be accepted until Monday, August 15, 2023, at 12:00 pm. Questions will be answered via addendum and posted to the City's website . No questions will be accepted or answered verbally. No questions will be accepted or answered after the Monday, August 15, 2023, at 12:00 pm cut-off date/time. It is the proposer's responsibility to check the website before submitting their Proposal. Proposals received after the closing time and date will be returned unopened. No bid bond is required. Do not include cost information with your submittal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
