Site work for a mixed-use development in Harrison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
Documents on the project are from the original bid and the project contact has been unresponsive to the content team in providing updated documents for the rebid. Project (the Project) mainly involves the tasks such as isolated pour strip and Precast double tee concrete repairs; overhead and vertical concrete repairs; New shear connections - Carbon Fiber Biscuits; Pre-cast concrete tee joint caulking replacements; sealing of cracks and joints; epoxy injection of cracks, other miscellaneous repairs. Bidders shall submit a Bid bond for an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) with the submission of the Bid. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Town of Harrison, 318 Harrison Avenue, Harrison, New Jersey 07029. The successful bidder must post a performance and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price and with a bonding company acceptable to the Town of Harrison, upon execution of the contract for the Project. The Town of Harrison reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
