The Town of Morehead City (City) plans to contract with one or more firms (Contractor) to provide Disaster Debris Removal and Management Services (Services) for Post-Disaster Debris Removal and Management (Project). The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective, and quality debris removal and debris management services to the City. Proposal specifications and conditions may be obtained as specified in Section 1.3 from the Business Office by contacting the City's Contract Administrator. August 23, 2023 Any questions can be emailed to the City no later than 4:00 PM. August 23, 2023. Any addenda to this RFP will be emailed to those firms which have notified the City of their intent to submit a proposal. It remains the sole responsibility of the offering firm to contact the City prior to submitting a proposal to ascertain if any addenda have been issued, to obtain such addenda, and acknowledge any addenda with each proposal.
