Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

**As of October 4, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded . A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project includes the replacement of the existing track and field with an 8 lane track and 77,000+ SF synthetic turf football soccer, field. Associated improvements include replacement of existing sports lighting with new LED fixtures, renovations to the adjacent natural grass baseball field, backstop, fencing, decorative entry arch, stormwater, improvements, solar powered scoreboards, pathway, improvements, mitigation plantings, and other related appurtenant work. Contract duration is 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This project is ARPA funded. A 100% performance and payment bond are required with a contract. Every Bid submitted shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a responsible bonding company, cash, or a certified check on, or a treasurers or cashiers check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company payable to the Town of Ludlow, the amount of such security shall be not less than FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the value of the proposed work, as estimated by the Bidder.
