The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of HVAC systems, including but not limited to acoustical ceilings, lighting, AHU's, ductwork, piping, insulation, diffusers, returns, controls, electrical power, lighting and fire protection and installation of a chiller, chilled water piping, insulation, and controls. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2.
