Tennis Courts to Pickleball Courts The intent of this "REQUEST FOR PROPSAL" (hereinafter known as "this document") and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a qualified firm (hereinafter known as "Contractor") to successfully repair, resurface and stripe three court locations within thepurview of the City of Bluefield. The award(s) shall be based on the bidder(s)' ability to meet all RFP requirements. The City of Bluefield will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s). The City of Bluefield anticipates making an award notice within 1-2 weeks from the date bids are due. The selected Contractor may submit one invoice at the completion of the job or submit invoices as work is completed with a 10% retainage being held on each invoice. The final invoice will be paid when all punch-list items are completed, and the review selected.
