Site work for a development in Penticton, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.

The City of Penticton currently has a single access point to Campbell Mountain's trail network, accessed via Reservoir Road. The City would like to increase accessibility to this trail network, and therefore wishes to construct a set of timber stairs to be located at the southern flank of Campbell Mountain (accessed via Penticton Avenue). The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: a. Timber stair construction on the southern flank of Campbell Mountain to provide access from the base of the mountain to a ridge that leads to the Campbell Mountain trail system. The elevation gain is approximately 15m from the base of the mountain to the ridge above; b. Gravel trail construction from the existing paved walkway to the base of the stairs; approximately 50m of 1.25m wide path; c. Native soil walkway to connect from the top of the stairs to the existing trails on Campbell Mountain; approximately 8m of hand cut single track path.
