Site work for a mixed-use development in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work shall include the following: 1. Supply and installation of a sanitary pump station with internal components as shown on the Drawings, including pumps, switches, and alarms (electrical kiosk by others). 2. Connection to the existing sanitary gravity line from the adjacent washroom. 3. Connection to the existing 100mm sanitary forcemain adjacent to the pump chamber. 4. Common excavation and backfilling. 5. Electrical conduit from the pump station to the adjacent future electrical kiosk location. 6. Rough site grading, placement of growing medium and finish grading. 7. Commissioning of system and record drawings.
