Scarification of existing seal coat surface and incorporate into existing granular base if any present. 2.) Bench cut and/or excavate as required to meet design width and crossfall. Fill bench cuts with pulverized seal coat and existing base. If additional fill is required use C-base to fill to grade lines. The project is to start as soon as possible after award and be completed by Oct 15, 2023. If the contractor is not complete the work by Oct 15, 2023, a penalty will be charged of $2500 per day until the work is complete.
