SCOPE OF WORK The State of Tennessee, Military Department is requesting a Contractor to install a fence around the property line according to the below scope and attached pictures. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete job as specified below. Bid Price shall include all materials, equipment, and labor. The project must be completed within 6 Months once issued notice to proceed. Date to proceed will be determined on clearing the pathway for the fence, which is done by the customer. Installer: The installer shall have three years' experience in fencing installation and provide documentation at time of bid. Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. Completion Date and Payment Schedule: Payment #1 - Materials drop with a manufacture's invoice and pictures of materials from Military Payment #2 - 50% of remaining balance upon completion and inspection by Military from point #1 to Point #2, see separate document labeled Point 1 to Point 2 VTS-Milan Payment #3 - Remaining balance upon on completion and inspection by Military of completed job Contractor to verify all measurement and any underground utilities before digging on site.
