Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lavinia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract includes the furnishing and paying for materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items necessary to construct the Cedar Grove SRF Water Line Replacement, as herein specified . Everything necessary for a complete and properly operating installation shall be furnished and installed under this Contract whether or not specifically indicated on the drawings and specified. This is not intended to cover major items of equipment or labor, but is intended and will be interpreted to cover all miscellaneous labor, parts, devices, accessories, controls, and appurtenances which are required by all applicable codes, ordinances, laws, and regulations required to complete and place the system in satisfactory operation, and required for a first class job which is complete in every respect. The MBE fair-share goal is 2.6% for construction The WBE fair share goal is 2.6% for construction Question Deadline 08/21/2026 Questions from Bidders must be directed to the Engineer as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for preparation and distribution of addenda. Deadline for Interpretations and Questions Five (5) days before Bid date. Replacement of 50,000 ft of 6" water line including valves, fire hydrants, and service connections. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
