ESTIMATE: $2,200,000 to $2,400,000 for base bid Question Deadline 08/17/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding the project shall be submitted in writing to Craig L. Martin via email (clmartin@kirklandwa.gov). Questions via phone or any other method will not be accepted Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Invitation for Bids (IFB). The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, material and equipment necessary for completion of the 5th/8th Watermain Replacement Project. The City of Kirkland requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
