Reference Number AB-2023-05113 Provide quantity surveyor Cost Consultant Services for the following projects (the "Projects") as described in Schedule "A" - Schedule of Services:. Project 1: Nanton - Solution for Nanton. Project 2: Redcliff - Parkside School Addition and Modernization. Project 3: Brooks Brooks Junior High School Replacement. Project 4: Lethbridge - Piers K-6 New School. Project 5: Lethbridge - Ecole Verendrye Gym Project. The project delivery method for all projects will be Design-Bid-Build (DBB). Relevant information is listed in Appendix A - Project Description for each school project. .1 All projects are currently under the process of procuring Prime Consultant Services. .2 Each Project will follow a project schedule, which is provided in Appendix A - Project Description. It is anticipated that the Quantity Surveyor Cost Consultant Services Contract will commence at the earliest possible date. .3 Timeline(s) are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Province. .4 The project schedule calls for commencement of Contract by September 30, 2023 and completion of Services by September 30, 2027.
