Submit questions to sheger@hylandhills.org Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % $500.00 per day liquidated damages will apply for late completion. -Work may begin as soon as October 23rd, 2023. -Work is to be completed by February 29th, 2024. Existing wooden split rail type fence will be removed and replaced with owner approved 2 rail split rail fence. Separate sections of fence in different locations will be replaced by this contract
