Reference Number 0000329025 Consultant shall perform a condition assessment of the Thornton owned portion of the existing Standley Lake Pipeline (SLP) that conveys raw water from Standley Lake to the Thornton Water Treatment Plant. The Thornton owned portion of the SLP begins at West 112th Avenue and Alcott Street and is approximately 4.2 miles of 36- inch Bar Wrapped Concrete Cylinder Pipe (BWCCP). There are nine (9) manways located along this portion of pipeline that can be used as inspection technology retrieval ports for this project. Five (5) of the nine (9) manways were constructed in 2019, each consisting of a 30-inch manway opening. The other four (4) manways have an approximate interior diameter of 24 inches. The as-built drawings for these five (5) facilities are included as an attachment to this RFP.
