Reference Number 0000328162 The City of Westminster, Colorado, desires to solicit proposals from qualified engineering and environmental consultants to update the existing Big Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility Master Plan (BDC Master Plan). Qualified consultants should have a robust portfolio of similarly sized master plan projects as well as extensive wastewater design work experience in Colorado with a thorough and current working knowledge of CDPHE requirements and regulations. The total length of time anticipated to complete the BDC Master Plan is expected to be approximately 12 to 16 months.
