Site work for a water / sewer project in Darien, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All bids shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Darien reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bid Forms which nominally vary in appearance from the original paper version of the Bid Form, providing that all required information and submittals are included with the Bid. Question Deadline 08/24/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Only written Requests for Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted at the of the Engineer to the attention of Scott Lawler via email: slawler@mountainengineers.com.
