Demolition and site work for a residential development in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development.
The Town of Drumheller (the Town) seeks to obtain the services of qualified and licenced Alberta Demolition Contractor to submit a Bid to demolish and remediate all improvements on lands of the property described below, through the Residential Demolition Program (the Program). Removal of hazardous materials (hazmat) will be required in all properties prior to the planned demolition of the structures, which must be performed by competent and experienced abatement subcontractor engaged by the Demolition Contractor. The selected Demolition Contractor will work with the Town's Flood Mitigation Office and Colliers Project Leaders, the assigned Project Manager for this Project. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
