The Town of Drumheller is requesting tenders for Janitorial Services at the Badlands Community Facility located at 80 Veterans Way, Drumheller, Alberta for 2024-2027. Service is expected to be delivered on a daily basis throughout the term of the contract. The actual cleaning hours will be negotiated with the successful Proponent to best accommodate facility programming, staffing, and continual building hygiene. The successful Proponent is expected to enter into a Professional Services Agreement commencing on February 1, 2024 and concluding on January 31, 2027.
