All Expressions of Interest for the supply of clay borrow material are to be received by the Town of Drumheller at the Drumheller Resiliency and Flood Mitigation Office. The Town of Drumheller Resiliency and Flood Mitigation Office (DRFMO) is pre-qualifying sources and reviewing prices for clay borrow material for the purpose of building Dikes/ Berms at multiple locations along the Red Deer River. The DRFMO will review each source of material for potential use on individual Dike/ Berm locations. Various sources may be selected based on the borrow location, quality, quantity, and price of the material. The Town will only consider supply sources with at least 25,000 m3 of suitable material. The Town may request that samples of the proposed material be provided for review. If available, please attach: any previous soil test results done on the proposed material; o list of any previous projects that it was used; o or any additional information that is available for the material. Please also indicate: the condition of the material (stockpiled, in place, etc.); estimated volume of material available.
