Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to install a 7-1/2-ton split type air to air heat pump equipment including metal supply to connect the new air handler to the existing supply air duct system, rectangular/ square return air ducts (not round duct), return air grilles, auxiliary electrical strip heat, new refrigerant piping, control wiring and thermostat at Base Elizabeth City, Building 75 Shop 650 Tool Room HVAC Replacement. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on AUG 23, 2023. All quotes must be submitted via email to Jessika.a.bartlett@uscg.mil.
