Renovation of a mixed-use development in Exton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC for Athletic Structure Question Deadline 08/18/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Temporary Structure Heating and Cooling Units Job Description: install heating and cooling into a temporary athletic structure that is 100' x 66'. Structure will not have insulation on any of the walls or ceiling. You will provide gas fired rooftop units adequate for the space that will sit on the ground. You will provide crushed modified pads on the ground to handle each unit. You will install the units on a curb with side discharge with ductwork to penetrate the structure. You will then install duct socks that will go across the parallel to the peak. Gas piping will go from the mechanical room to the units on grade. Hard pipe is to be used on the wall. You will then use track pipe in rubber trays to each unit to tie in the gas. Electric will be taken out of the panel and ran in PVC to the corner of the structure, it will then go into rubber cabling that will be installed in rubber trays to each unit for tie in. You will provide a service disconnect to each unit. Collegium Charter School reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of Collegium Charter School. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of [10%].
